From start to finish we will take you through the entire planning and design process. This will comprise of assisting you with venue and vendor selection, negotiating vendor contracts and managing and being the liaison for all of your vendors.

Most importantly we will create an overall custom design aesthetic for your event. This will be presented to you early on in the process in the form of vision boards, color palettes, linen samples, lighting scheme, room layouts, and inspirational photographs to create an event that is a true reflection of your personal style.
On the day (and in many cases the weekend) of your event, our team is on-site from the initial load-in and setup to tear down at the end of the night. We will ensure the day is running smoothly and on time. We will confirm timeline/cues with all vendors, deliver final payments/gratuities to vendors, monitor and cue for important events during ceremony & reception, oversee tear down and cleanup ensuring all rentals and important items are returned to their owners.
Simply put, we will ensure the day runs smoothly so you can enjoy your event as much as your guests will.
