our fee

$45,000 or 16% of the budget, whichever is greater.

Because of our high level of involvement in each event, we do not take on more than five weddings or large celebrations annually.

The complexity, time commitment, staffing, and expectations are directly related to the budget. As the budget increases, so does the time investment, scope, complexity, and client expectations.

This model also allows you the flexibility to add on events such as the welcome reception, rehearsal dinner, and farewell brunch without having to reissue a new contract(s).

We do not accept kickbacks from vendors, nor do we ask our partners to inflate their fees to accommodate a “referral” percentage. Our recommendations are made with one priority in mind: what is best for you and your celebration. We operate with complete transparency so you can feel confident that every proposal reflects true pricing, genuine collaboration, and the greatest possible value from your vendor team.
